Rob was born with a paintbrush in his hand and music in his heart. Well, not exactly. But Rob grew to love both of those things. As a young dude, Rob would draw and paint and even won an illustration competition in the second grade (his grandmother still has it framed in her house). That kid grew up loving music, comedy, and art. Tonight, his favorites in each of those categories are: Rogue Wave, Kids in the Hall, and Kandinsky. Along the way, Rob picked up another handy skill as a marketer working at companies like Google, Simon & Schuster, Sony Music, and Nickelodeon. Now Rob’s at it again — making art for bands, brands, and anyone with a song in their heart and a visual story to tell. When he’s not drawing pretty pictures, Rob is the founder of Open Verse, a content marketing firm dedicated to strategy & storytelling.
